1) Sales Agents are responsible for providing the correct information in the Purchase Form. Company may hold Sales Agent responsible for losses or costs incurred due to errors in information provided. 


2) Sales Agents are responsible for keeping the Company informed on any changes on banking details for commission payouts. Additionally Company does not assume any responsibility in the event on incorrect Beneficiary Banking Details being provided by agent. 


3) Agent has the responsibility of informing Company of pending commission payouts at the end of month. 

4) All terms and conditions as conveyed in the Independant Sales Agent Agreement are valid and applicable at all times. 

5) Contractor/ Sales Agent is fully responsible for all personal taxes that may arise from a commission payment to Beneficiary. 

6) Only fully registered Sales Agents are entitled to sell Alchemi products or are entitled to commission payouts.
